Terms of Service

These terms cover dimedimebaby.tech ("Dime Dime Baby", "we", "us"). By ordering a video you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy. Questions: support@dimedimebaby.tech.

What you buy

One order is one AI video: about 9 seconds, 720p, vertical 9:16, without sound. You upload one photo; our system puts the person in it into the Dime Dime Baby dance from the original clip, keeping the room, the guests and the camera of that clip. The video is made by AI, so faces, hands and timing are close to the original but not exact. You do not need an account.

Price, tax and payment

• The price is shown in US dollars and does not include tax. Any sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated from your billing address and added at checkout, on top of the listed price. Checkout may show the price in your local currency.
• Videos are sold through Link, the checkout service of Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for the payment: it charges you, collects and remits the tax, and sends your receipt. Your statement shows LINK.COM*. We never see or store your full card number.
• Each payment is one video. Nothing renews and there is no subscription.

Your photo

• Use a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to it. You confirm this when you order.
• Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, of celebrities or public figures, or nudity, violence or hateful content. Every photo is checked automatically before you pay; a photo that fails the check cannot be ordered and you are not charged.
• You keep the rights to your photo. You give us permission to use it only to make and deliver your video, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Delivery

After payment your video is usually ready in 3 to 5 minutes on your order page. Keep the link to that page: it is the key to your download. Photos and videos are deleted from our storage 30 days after the order.

Using your video

You may post and share your video for personal, non-commercial use, for example on TikTok or Instagram. The video is silent; add the official sound inside the app if you want it. The original clip, song and dance belong to their owners; see the Disclaimer.

Refunds

If we cannot make your video, you get a full refund automatically. Other cases are covered in the Refund Policy.

Limits

The service is provided as is. AI results vary and we do not promise a particular likeness. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; orders follow the terms in force when they were placed.
